Program Coordinator

The Sunnybrook - Osler Centre for Prehospital Care is Ontario\\\'s largest base hospital program serving almost one-third of the province\\\'s EMS patients across 7 regions including two First Nations communities. We are committed to ensuring excellence in patient care by providing high-quality education programs and innovative quality assurance systems for almost 2000 paramedics within our jurisdiction.

We are seeking an individual with experience in prehospital care to join our busy organization as the Program Coordinator working primarily in the Simcoe/ Muskoka Region.

This permanent, full-time position will report to the Senior Manager, Program Operations. This individual will have a broad range of responsibilities including teaching, program development, and quality assurance reviews, and he/she will have an opportunity to be involved in the successful development and implementation of an emerging ACP program. The successful candidate will hold current certification/licensure as an Advanced Care Paramedic with experience as an instructor. He/she will possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be highly organized and demonstrate a strong customer service mentality. In addition, he/she will have proven capability to work in a dynamic team environment. Previous experience working with health data is considered an asset.
