The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, emergency health services branch, seeks a motivated individual to develop, implement and maintain quality assurance programs for ambulance dispatch. You will: communicate expectations about quality service delivery; develop measurable indicators and performance standards; organize, analyze and interpret data collection to measure performance; develop recommendations and actions, including continuous quality improvement programs. Location: 430 Britannia Road East, Mississauga. Occasional travel is required. Qualifications: knowledge of quality assurance principles and processes; ability to develop/implement quality assurance programs; demonstrated research, data analysis, problem-solving and organization skills; knowledge of Ontario’s emergency health services, ambulance dispatch and ambulance service delivery-related policies/practices; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide leadership and collaboration, and facilitate participation in quality assurance programs; computer/software skills; valid driver’s licence.
